Review:

This coffee performed unexpectedly on the 10th day from roasting. It has notes of peaches, apples, mangoes, berries with chocolate undertones in its aroma. The flavours are completely in consonance with the coffee upon tasting. This coffee has a sweet balance to it and a brilliant body. An absolute winner.

Best for: Pourover, Aeropress

Worst for: French Press

Pro tips:

Use a finer grind size to extract a heavier body which goes really well with its flavour balance

Make an iced pourover to enjoy the fruitiness of this coffee

Final verdict: Highly recommended. One of my favorite Moganad roasts
